Start off by complimenting the interviewer, because people love to be praised for all their hard work. You can tell them how impressed you are with the team or what a great company this is – anything that shows you did your research and believe in the role.

Telling an interviewer that you have other job offers—and potential offers—can be a great way to keep them moving forward. That way, they know that if they don't pull the trigger soon, they may lose a potential great hire.
However, do also show empathy and understanding that every company has their own internal process to follow — you do not want to come across as a disrespectful diva!
