How long do Grab Singapore’s employees stay in the company?

Grab Singapore has a high turnover rate within its tech team, with the majority of its employees leaving within less than a year of employment.

This is followed by a chunk of employees leaving within two years of being with the company.

On the bright side, this just means that there will constantly be roles opening up within the Grab Singapore tech team.

How many employees does Grab have?

Grab Singapore has a large headcount for its global tech team, and it makes sense that this number has been rapidly growing with Grab’s recent NASDAQ debut.

Grab has also been in the news for having plans to diversify their business services into the realms of digital banking & other financial services such as microloans.

This sounds like a feat that will require a large tech headcount.

How experienced is the Tech Team in Grab Singapore?

Grab Singapore has a very experienced Tech Team, with a majority of the team having more than 5 years of experience.

This means that you’ll be able to tap into the abundance of experience available in the team, but this may be limited by the fact that Grab is quickly becoming a huge organization, and companies usually move slower the bigger they grow.
